This can sometimes happen, and I know it’s a pain! Here’s a few things that have helped other members:

    1) Check that the site URL in your WordPress settings matches the actual URL in the address bar. Some hosts use Apache modules to override this in their staging environments, and sadly there’s no way around that. If you fall into this category, the plugin will work on your live site, just not your staging site.

    2) Make sure the font has a unique name on Fontello.

    3) Check your dev console for errors (F12 in Chrome) on the front end, see if there’s a 404 on the font file or CSS file. If so, reupload the font or regen the CSS. If that doesn’t solve the error, check the permissions of /wp-content/uploads/elementor_icons_files/ and set it to 755, and open the folder to see if icons are being uploaded and saved there.

    4) Check your server error logs after upload to look for any clues.

If all of the above fails, send in a support request, preferably with the above steps and their outcomes.

    Hey @naderi9

I see a 404 error on the font files in my console, which tells me Step 3 above didn’t work out for you (the font files aren’t actually uploaded to your webserver).

Try deleting the icon font through the plugin and trying to upload it again. Be sure to FTP in and check /wp-content/uploads/elementor_icons_files/ for the uploaded fonts.
