Image Resize ???

Hey is there a way to set a default upload size for upload original image sample 1300 x 1300 in MF for the images uploads I usually use Imsanity but it stopped working with Media Folders I even tried Resize Image After Upload it will not work either with the folders either II usually resize my own images before posting them but I have a blog with sister and nieces and they do not size before posting and the images are big and slowing the site .. when I upload with the media folder even smush does not work the folders I have the paid Folders on my sites but for family and friends use the free media folders .
