Hide Related You Tube Videos

    ?Show/hide related videos at the end
    ?Show/hide the video title and other info

    With the recent change in You Tube (?rel=0 no longer works) do these listed features in your plugin still work?

  • I second this regarding Show/hide related videos at the end.

    I am using an embedded playlist with the setting to show related videos unselected. Regardless, a list of other videos from my youtube account (that are not part of my chosen playlist) are displayed at the conclusion of playback.

    There is some difference in that if I enable the option to show related videos, the suggestions shown at playback conclusion are indeed suggested videos not limited to ones within my own account.

    How can suggested videos be disabled/hidden all together?

    Since the You Tube update, ?rel=0 does not remove all related videos but it does restrict related videos to the channel of the original video.

    I need something that will not show any related videos at all and wonder if this plugin has been able to accomplish that since You Tube changed this.

    Hi,

    It’s a change by Google (as of Sept) in how YouTube works and not a cause of the plugin. Take a look here for details: https://developers.google.com/youtube/player_parameters#Revision_History

    In a future version, we’ll update the plugin to let users know showinfo is not supported by Google/YouTube anymore.
