YITY Waiting list not working on configurable products

  • Hello;

    I am using Yith Waiting List plugin for my customers and installed this new domain. But it seems its not working on configurable products. When you select out of stock product size on product page something try to load but it seems cant. Its working on simple products btw.

    Anyone able to help me with this?

    Hi there,
    I visited the page you linked me but I can’t select any variation.
    Does it depends by YITH WooCommerce Waiting List?

    Because they are out of stock and you cant select it. I dont install any other plugin that affect product page.

    Now I install variation swatches plugin you can now select but nothing happens ??
    I contact theme suppor but they said its related to YITH plugin..

    Hi,
    we have just tested it in our local installation and everything works fine!
    To check for this issue you should isolate the plugin behavior to check if some plugins you have installed (or your theme) are causing this issue.
    Please, try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Waiting List active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.
    If the problem isn’t caused by a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen and see if you have the same issue.
    Also, if you have customized some files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without any customization.

    Please try this solution and let us know what’s the result.
