The free version is compatible with WPML but I do not believe there is WPML support for saved tabs (and this is true for both the free and pro versions). This is something we’ve tried and are still trying to get support for from WPML.

    Cheers,
    Kevin.

Is there any consideration of rebuilding the saved tabs setup to use custom post types so that WPML, Polylang, and others can natively tap into offering translation support for them?

    Hi @kzeni,

Yes, there has been lots of consideration of this. It would be a substantial change though.

WPML also has the ability to translate options (where our tabs are saved) and we’re hoping to tap into that.

    All the best,
    Kevin.

Understandable. I may just opt to simply create wholly separate tabs for the different languages and then have the language-selection integration (I’m personally using Polylang here) be accomplished by assigning the tabs specifically for the different language versions of the products as needed in the meantime.

    Thanks for the update!

    Hi @kzeni,

This is the best way to go about using Custom Product Tabs and Polylang.

Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

Let us know if you run into any difficulties or have any questions.

    Thank you,
    Kevin.
