My front page shows up twice, how can I fix this?

  • I’ve set my front page to display a static page.

    My problem is that my front page now displays a page I created as my front page, but this page I created also shows up again in my tabs.

    I’ve tried to set this page as a draft and as unpublished, which does take away the double tabs, but then nothing shows up on the front page.

    Any ideas?

    It may be due to the theme problem..have a check with classic or default theme

    The other themes show nothing as my front page, but all other pages I created are displayed.

    I think it has something to do with the fact that my page was initially set up so the front page was my blog page. In the other themes it says “nothing to display here” in my front page because I haven’t made any posts.

    I thought setting my front page as a static page would fix this, but not I have the double tabs.
