    Hi mstudioIL,

    You can use Buttonizer with another plugin called Popup Maker to show a contact form.
    (This method uses a PRO version function)

    You will need to make a popup using Popup Maker.
    Inside the popup, you can use shortcode to make a contact form.

    You will then need to pair the popup with a Buttonizer button.

    Hi mstudioIL,

    If you want a button that makes a contact form pop up.
    Then yes, you would need to buy the pro version to use Buttonizer with Popup Maker.

    Although, if you want a button that redirects you to a page with a shortcode contact form, you should be able to use the free version.
