Import into Membership Pro

The documentation says I can import into Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro. It says:

“You can use the columns in the CSV in order to import data from Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro..
level: you have to use the level id, you can find it in “Levels” tab

I have tried this multiple ways. I have tried using the following as the column label

– level_slug (this is what their sample import file says to use)
– ihc_level_slug
– level

For the user rows, I am using the level slug of my membership levels, for example I have a level named “Unpaid Member” with a slug of “unpaidmember”

Nothing is working. It’s not showing up under the Extra profile information on the WP user or in the user profile in Membership Pro.
