Latest update has messed up the look of my page

    Hi there

    I’ve just installed your latest plugin update. When I now go to the Product Catalog section of my website the display is not correct. If you look on the page I have sent you a link to you will see on the left-hand side of all my products the text ‘yDetails’. I’m not sure why this is suddenly displaying here. There should be nothing on the left hand side of the product images. Could you please offer a solution for removing this text? Thanks.

    Could you send us a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

    We checked out the link you sent and it seems to be displaying normally for us when we hover over the product listings:

    Hi, once again this was a problem that I fixed by deleting the browser history. I know from now on that whenever your plugin has an update I need to delete the cache on all my browsers. Maybe this info could be added to your FAQ? I don’t seem to do this with other plugins. Thanks for your help, Deanne
