User was not able to send Contact Form

  • Hello,

    I use Hotjar to monitor and analyse the behaviour of my customer.
    Today I saw a user trying to fill out an elementor form. He filled out all neccessary information and no error messages (for e.g. invalid E-Mail) popped up. The user tried to submit the form but nothing happened. He tried a couple times and then left the page.

    I filled out the form from many different devices and it always worked well. I had an issue with a submitted form earlier, where no email was send to my account, but a lead was captured only in Hubspot, which is linked.

    Did anyone have any of these issues with an elementor contact form as well and can help me out?
