Problems with iPhone/iPad

Hi,
first of all a big thank you for your lightbox; I like it very much and for me it works perfekt – on my desktop and on my android smartphone and tablet.
Unfortunately some of my guests have problems on their iPhones/iPads; the first image has the arrows an the sites so you can go to the next/the last image, the next image has no arrows. They must leave the lightbox and start again, but with the same problem. Only the first image has arrows.
The problem is that I cannot retrace this problem because I do not have any Apple devices.
Do you have an idea where the problem is? Thank you in advance for your help,
