wpbakery elements missing?

  • I bought a template, but it won’t let me create my own pages. I can only use pre built sections or templates. When I try to use wpbakery all of the elements are not present, only the prebuilt sections. How can I get the elements I need to create my own pages back?

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
