Query Monitor Slow Queries

    Ever since adding the Create plugin, our site has been running a little slower on the backend. I added the Query Monitor plugin to check things out, and on just about any admin page, I’m seeing this as a ‘slow query’:

    Mediavine\MV_DBI::create_table()

    That will show up when looking at /wp-admin/edit.php, or just about any admin template.

    Is there a reason that function is running on every page, and slowing things down for us?
