• Hey, following entry appears very often in my 404 log. It has my own IP address, but I don’t notice any errors:

    /wp-content/plugins/maxbuttons/assets/libraries/font-awesome/css/font-awesome.min.css?wp-mce-4800-20

    Any idea?

    Hi,

This is a file that doesn’t exist anymore in our plugin but for some reason sometimes something keeps asking for it. Do you have any plugins related to TinyMCE or similar?

For now I don’t really have a solution, but this only happens on the WP Admin part, not on your website front, so I wouldn’t worry about it too much.

Thank you for your answer. I have a plugin called “TinyMCE Advanced”. I think I had that since the beginning.
It’s not that big of a deal, but do you think you could get rid of this in a future update?

I would be happy to fix it, but I don’t know what’s causing it in the first place. That’s the real issue here. I suspect TinyMCE Advanced or something else is ‘caching’ the those, but I can’t really replicate it on my test sites annoyingly.

TinyMCE Advanced has a separate plugin for advanced settings. You can remove the script from the ‘custom_css’ setting there, but I don’t know if in time this can cause other issues, so use with care.
