unable to generate a sitemap

    Greetings,

    I’m getting this error when trying to generate a map:

    A cURL error occurred with the error message:
    SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I had a closer look and the Sitemap Generator is blocked by the firewall of your hoster.

    If you can control the firewall, you can whitelist the following IPs:

    195.201.127.2
    2a01:4f8:1c1c:70c::1

    If you cannot control the firewall, you can ask your hoster to whitelist the IPs and try it again.

    Maybe there is an additional issue with the SSL certificate, but I cannot verify this as long as the connection is blocked.

    where have you whitelisted the IP, the Sitemap Generator server still seems to be blocked…

    Which kind of firewall? A WordPress plugin firewall or a hardware firewall? The block seems to happen at a hardware firewall. When I trace the route, I get blocked by the server spa.hostworks.com

    Do you know if this is the server your site is hosted on or just an entry point to the hosters network?

    Marco, I thought I responded. Yes, a hardware fire is where we whitelisted the IP. Yes, spa.hostworks.com.

    Mmh, then I would guess that something is not setup correctly. It is definitly spa.hostworks.com that is blocking the requests…

    Maybe some blocking rule that overrules the whitelisting?

    I’m sorry, but there is nothing I can do about this on my end…
