Bulk Edit Membership Levels

    Inside Members List (admin.php?page=pmpro-memberslist) I can sort by Membership Level which is great but I would like to do a bulk edit and change a handful of users to a different membership level.

    Is there a way to do this, bulk edit users’ membership level? Which would also trigger changing at the gateway as well as the MailChimp API add on? If not is there a plugin add on can be downloaded to handle that?

    Hi @webbernaut,

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    You are able to use the PMPro Toolkit to bulk edit members to change membership level 1 to level 2 for example.

    Alternatively you may run a custom SQL query to achieve this – however this won’t change the user’s billing at the payment gateway (there are limitations in adjusting existing subscriptions) or through the MailChimp Add On (This may need to be customized for running a direct SQL query).
