Adding follow buttons to Cosmo Slider

  • I have a full page slider on home that pulls recent posts called Cosmo Slider.

    I tried adding the customization code to the bottom of the cosmo-slider.php (https://pastebin.com/G8r1xHFH) file but it just showed the buttons at the top of the page but still won’t share the slider content (FB debugger shows that it is showing the description of the slide – although it also says: Cosmo Slider Plugin and that’s not good. But it’s not picking up the image. It works on the posts themselves (on the post page)

    I’m hoping to have it share all the content from the slide that is displaying. Is this possible?

    You would need to find out from that premium slider plugin how to best add the AddToAny template code. When the AddToAny code is properly placed within the loop (if that slider plugin allows it), the individual posts will be shared.

    As the FAQ on Facebook sharing explains, a page’s meta tags determine the preview image/title/description that a few major services use.
