Excerpts Not showing

Job excerpts functionality is working for us. Please make sure you have added the content in the excerpt section.

Also, it might be possible some of your installed plugins or theme’s script conflicting with the Job Board and override the WP Query. Please disable the plugins except Simple Job Board to find out the conflict.

Thanks. I already tried adding content in the excerpt section – even though this says it is just an additional option for hand crafted excerpts. Also had already tried deactivating plug-ins. Neither has worked.

Any other suggestions?

As a possible answer…

I have had this problem today.

I loaded up a new role for a client and listed it under a NEW group-wide category. I was able to view the actual job page but in the excerpt listings page nothing was showing??

I narrowed it down to the NEW category I had added.

I selected pre-existing category to post the new role under as a test and there it was the job loaded up and was shown on the excerpts page????

All older and still available positions were showing fine but not the new role I added this morning.

So there may be a small problem with adding new categories???? Otherwise, everything works fine. Great little plugin.
