Using pre-generated images + own file names

Hi,

thank you very much for this awesome Plugin. We have encountered two more Problems which we wanted to address.

1. We use a theme which enables us to define various image formats (dimensions). Every time someone uploads an image, all these formats (dimensions) are being generated. Now we recognized that the foogallery does the same thing again. It generates new images although we already have all the formats in the filesystem which we want to show. Question: Is it possible to use a parameter or something else to let foogallery know it does not neet do generate new images but to use our pre-generated ones? We know, the images get cached and stuff but maybe there is a better solution for this.

2. Since we are using the foogallery plugin in a big news portal we have strict guidelines for all file names. They need to be SEO compliant and therefore need to have ordinary filenames. Now when using foogallery the filenames of the generated images look like that: /file-name-fg65242/551774446.jpg. Question: Is it possible to change this behavior?
