Change Line Leading/Spacing

    Operating system: Windows 10 Pro

    The site is under development so I do not know if you will be able to see it.

    What I need is to open up the line leading/spacing a bit. Is this the code that I change?
    #quoterotator {
    line-height: 135%;
    }

    And if so is it the narrow-rounded.css, the default.css or the narrow-plain.css?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
