Order Status Changing on Its Own

    I’m not sure if this is an issue with this plugin, but I can’t imagine it would be anything else.

    I used this plugin to create a new order status “Shipped” and when I save an order as shipped it will stay like that for a few hours, but then when I go check it again, it will have reverted back to “Order Received” status.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    It looks that there is some other plugin that is changing status. Is there any difference with which payment gateway order is made? Or it’s changing the status for any payment gateway? Or you have only one gateway? I would suggest temporary disabling all other plugins (that may be order status related) one by one to see if this solves the issue. And by the way “Order Received” status is not a default WooCommerce status (unless you mean “Pending payment” status), so if this status is added with some other plugin, then that plugin may be responsible for the issue.
