Excellent service, good product after some setup bumps

I’m very pleased with the MailPoet plug-in and their Mailing service. I’m extremely pleased with their responsive support. I use the plug-in on two sites to manage mailing lists and send out newsletters for two non-profit organizations. Their service keeps my lists clean and ensures that the mail goes through. It’s easy to construct emails, subscription forms, and so on. But the most impressive has been the technical support. I had a few problems setting things up and the support team did an excellent job solving them.
