• So they just changed their entire paid support system to one requiring a separate log in, but existing customers can’t log in! The password reset does not work.

    These guys don’t seem to be able to do anything right, and I strongly advise clients and anyone else to seek another solution for calendars and ticketing. It would be great if it weren’t for the bugs, odd limitations, gotchas, and continually frustrating support.

    Update 2021: They have made two sets of big, breaking changes to their product in the past couple of years, incurring large expenses for clients with customizations.

    They continue to override even basic theme styles, making the body text of event pages Arial/Helvetica etc, using all their own styles.

    There is currently no way to contact support, and they did not respond to the last ticket I opened weeks ago.

    Lowered my rating to 1 star.

    There was indeed a glitch while we migrated to our new support platform.

    If you were one of the impacted users – and of course it sounds like you were – you have our sincere apologies. We’re working with the platform provider, LiveAgent, to clear up some remaining authentication issues but, for the majority of our customers, access has been fully restored.
