I can add, edit, etc. but on the user side clicking on any sheet brings a blank page. No new plugin’s, no current theme updates. Was all working and now blank. Theme Divi v 3.15 (no changes in this over last week), WP version is 4.9.8. Server is running PHP v 7.1

I’ve disabled all plugins, still same behavior. I deactivated and reactivated the plugin and I refreshed the permalink options. Still the same.

This is not a problem with my plugin. Last changes I did were very minor and over a month ago. You obviously changed something on your site that is breaking things. My plugin is working just fine on my test sites and for over 2000+ other active users.

It’s really not within the free support for free plugins for me to troubleshoot and fix other people’s site, but I took a quick look at the page you linked to, and it’s pretty obvious if you hover over the links (or copy and paste the link if you don’t have your browser set to show you the url when you hover over a link), that something else on your site is adding a whole lot of extra arguments to the sheet links, which is obviously breaking things.

Without pasting your full URL here publicly, here are all the arguments that are being added to those links:
    https://yoursitehere/?et_pb_preview=true&et_pb_preview_nonce=41fa7a2c3a&iframe_id=et-fb-preview-1538618185217-19&sheet_id=13

The only one of those arguments that should be there is the sheet_id which tells my plugin which sheet you are trying to view. You need to figure out which plugin, or maybe your theme, is generating all those et_pb and et_fb arguments to the link, because that’s not my plugin. Look for some plugin with the initial et as part of the name? The fb part suggests maybe something to do with Facebook? Plus an iframe for that FB part of the link, which sounds like probably some kind of Facebook plugin that’s trying to load a facebook feed into an iframe? If you look at the source of your page, there are all sorts of divs on the page with similar et_pb classes, so maybe some kind of layout tool or one of those horrible visual page builder type plugins (probably bundled with your theme, which you said you updated last week). All just guesses. It’s not really my job to fix this for you. But, something in your theme, or another plugin, is somehow adding extra arguments to those sheet links (unless your site has been hacked, and something else is adding those, but it seems consistent with the div classes).

You can contact me privately if you want to hire me to help in troubleshooting/debugging and fixing your site. Otherwise, unless you can show that this is a bug with my plugin, there isn’t anything I can do to fix it for you.

You’re 100% correct. Your plugin is rock solid. Apparently the admin user on the site had copied the display for the signup sheets and moved it…this effectively copied the visual but not the shortcode. I didn’t notice until I edited the page and saw there was no shortcode. One more thing, there were some tables from another signup sheet program still in the database structure, I deleted those because that old plugin had caused an issue when I moved everyone over to your plugin. Thanks for your consideration and help.
