    Hi,

I am trying to import 782 Products via the WooCommerce Core Product Import functionality. I do not use ID field, only the SKU field as my unique identifier. I have double checked for duplicate sku’s.

When I uploaded the products for the first time I got a message that 780 products were successfully loaded (there are 782 products on the csv). No errors or skipped messages.

After not finding any duplicated and trouble shooting a few things, I only added the 2 skipped products on a separate sheet and it imported the products successfully.

If I run the full sheet of 782 products to update the product details, again I get a message, 780 products updated successfully, while there are 782 products loaded to WooCommerce and 782 records on the csv.

Is there a limit on the number of products per import?

    Thanks

    Hi @watson926,

That is quite odd that 2 out of the 782 products don’t import and importing the remaining to separately seems to work fine. I’ve seen imports in the 1,000s so 782 should work. It’s possible the Memory Limit or PHP Time Limit needs to upped, which your host can help with that.

I’d double check if importing say 10 products with those two stubborn products would import/merge back to your site and to double check that they were set up the same way in the CVS as the other 780.

    Hope that helps,
    Yuki

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
