Nested Replies Are Smaller Font

I’m getting simiilar issue to this one: https://gvectors.com/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/why-are-my-comments-and-replies-different-font-sizes-and-line-heights/
However I tried adding the custom CSS code to the style tab of the settings page, and it did not work for me.
Basically the first comment is the size I need 16px, then all of the nested comment are 13px no matter what I do including adding the custom CSS code here:
#wpcomm .wc-reply .wc-comment-right .wc-comment-text {
line-height: inherit;
font-size: 16px !important;
}Is there any other code I can try? Thanks.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling admin page, put this CSS code in “Custom CSS Code” textarea. Delete all caches, press CTRL+F5 on the frontend.

That works great, but http links are still showing in the smaller text, is that something that can be fixed also? If not not a big deal it’s a minor issue.
