Password field clears upon clicking Log In

    When a user enters the password, the password field clears. It appears that the user is being redirected to the login page but if they click on Log In again with the Password field showing empty, it allows them to access the site.
    How do I fix this?

    Steps to replicate:
    Enter password
    Click Log In
    – the password field will clear.
    Click Log in again
    Gain entry

    Please note the plugin was recently updated and the caching has already been disabled for this site.
