Urgent: Tabs, Galleries, Contact Form Not Displaying

My client informed me that the tabs in each listing (Description, Details, and Photos) have turned into a plain text bulleted list and do not function. Additionally, the contact form and pagination buttons underneath the details of each listing is missing. I reinstalled the plugin cannot resolve the issue.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
