Stars missing in SERPS since update of plugin

Hi,

I’m using this plugin on a couple of websites, both of which are built with Elementor. I’ve noticed that on the website where I have updated to version 5 of the plugin I’ve lost stars in SERPS for all review posts. I’ve read the forum where someone else had same issue but the setting in question looks OK on mine.

Interestingly on the other domain where I have not updated the plugin, the stars still show in SERPS.

Any advice?
