Warning a non-numeric value encountered

    Hi,
    i need help on this page (https://www.bresciaesports.it/tesserati-gec/) when i insert the informations and click on the button to confirm the page will take to paypal to pay, and it’s so but first a page appears with this text : “Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in …/wp-content/plugins/cp-contact-form-with-paypal/cp_contactformpp_functions.php on line 680.

    Can anyone help me?
