wysiwyg bar not visible, on other site it is

  • I run two wordpress based sites, but on one of them the wysiwyg is not visible anymore.
    I see the tabs Visual en HTML, and teh Visual one is selected. When i switch to HTML and then back to Visual i see even less, only the Upload/Insert icons, nog even the Bold, Italic and Link buttons.

    I tried deactivating the latest plugins i installed, but that did not worked. What can be the problem?
