Wrong Woocommerce Orders

So I tried to use this tool to export users from an older WooCommerce site to a new one. Before I did, I also migrated all the customer orders info from the old to the new using WooCommerce has a built-in product CSV importer and exporter. I was considering buying your pro version, but this free version does not even seem to link the orders properly. The order history in the MyAccount page shows the wrong information.

What am I doing wrong?
