Facebook Open Graph Doesn’t Detect Images

  • Hello,

    Thank you for the plugin. The one major issue I noticed with this is that facebook and other social media does not detect the featured image for that post/product/service that you set with this plugin (using external URL)

    If I copy and paste the URL for my product page in Facebook, or even if I use on-page social media sharer to share that post/product to different social media platforms, it doesn’t detect any image which could actually be a huge downside to this plugin right now.

    Please suggest if there are any fixes for this.

    Hi there, I’m using this plugin on my store, but Facebook shop is unable to track the product gallery. I’ve reviewed the “Facebook for Woocommerce” plugin and it seems that the ID product gallery has something to do with it.

    Any advise would be appreciated.

    @vinaythoke can you please provide details which plugin you are using for generate facebook open graph data. so, we can check for possible solutions.
