    I’ve had the premium Social Warfare on my site for a few years. Looks good, works well. Good features.

    But holy cow, they are sh*t at the August 2018 update! It completely didn’t work on my site. Support was responsive but totally clueless. My dev made some tweaks to keep it up.

    Then a few days ago Social Warfare caused my site to crash. What a disaster!

    Avoid. If you do install and it works, NEVER EVER UPDATE. EVER! Every time they update it doesn’t work and there are TONS of problems. They keep promising they’ve fixed everything and to trust them this time, but from my experience every time they are wrong. They have lost all credibility to me.

    I wish these guys well, because they used to have a good product. But now? Terrible. It will create lots of headaches and wasted time for you.

    You are right, we had a bad month back then. We had some code errors that really set us back and we have committed every resource to get things fixed.

    I understand your rage and frustration. What happened – happened, and it should not have. We are truly sorry and I want you to know that we take full responsibility.

    I can assure you that we had invested significant resources to guarantee that our customers will not experience this inconvenience again. I mean, we are human too, and we make mistakes, but we have taken every measure possible to ensure that you will not crash, you will be able to have hassle free updates, and you will again fall in love with the product.

    Thanks for your response, Jason. I’m glad to hear you believe it’s fixed.

    Your error-prone, poor QC release caused our site to crash. We lost many hours of productivity trying to fix it. The lost hours alone cost me many multiples of the price of Social Warfare.

    I’m glad to hear you’re “sorry and take full responsibility.” And…talk is cheap. You might consider putting your money where your mouth is.

    What about making it right and offering all affected customers a credit?

    Many written apologies ( which is BASIC for such an amount of CRASHES on a paid plugin ) and not even a commercial gesture. a further discount on next purchase, a 10% give back on current license ( it’s my second year ), chocolate ? flowers ?
    I dont know, something nice.

    NB : On my side, still shaking at the idea of updating and did not do it.

    I might proceed today…version 3.3.3 (19 SEP 2018) .
