Position title text is too big

Is there a way to reformat the position title?
It looks like the words need some more spacing from line 1 to line 2.You’ll see in the example included above.

Hi,
I had the same problem, I just reduced the padding from 50 to 0 in the plugins css file.
I am not sure this is due to the update or the fact I must have changed some css in the earlier versions. So @blueglass would love to know how to get back to original settings.
