IP2nation data is really bad

After testing and reading support threads for a few hours, I realize my problem is with the data coming from: https://www.ip2nation.com/.

I submitted over 10 different IPs to that page to see what country it outputted and all were wrong.

Are there any work arounds? I’d like to use the shortcode and input IP ranges manually but I haven’t seen a working example of that.
