I was able to change the size of the marker with CSS using

.w2dc-map-marker, .w2dc-map-marker-empty {
    border-radius: 50% 50% 50% 0;
    height: 20px!important;
    margin: -15% 0!important;
    transform: rotate(-45deg);
    -webkit-transform: rotate(-45deg);
    width: 20px!important;
    cursor: pointer;
    text-align: center;
}
