    Hi,

Since some updates, don’t know which one, my cart isn’t working. Adding products seems to work, but when I want to view the cart it’s empty. Only in Chrome it does work. All other browsers are failing.

I hav tried to disable all the plugins, am not using caching, moved a clone to another hoster, tried theme 2017 with the same problem. Everything is up to date.

Does anyone knows how to resolve this?

    Regards,
    Erwin

    Hi Erwin,

Normally a conflict check should resolve this. Do you have a public URL of your staging site that we can take a look.
This blog post here: https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-solving-cart-empty-issue/ also has a good collection of troubleshooting steps.

Additionally have you tried using Google Chrome Incognito mode. Sometimes the browser session or something locally is causing this.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Con,

    Thank you for your reply.

I do have a link to the site, you will find it here. Most of the tips on your link are working.

    Hi Con,

Perhaps I wasn’t clearly. When I said most of the tips on your link are working, means for me that there was no problem and I have tried them. But it didn’t get me any result. Sorry for the confusion. So I’m still having the same problem.

    Hi @erwin_m

I tested your site cannot and I cannot add a product to the cart in Google Chrome. I know you mentioned it before but I cannot replicate this, can you create a test install that has default theme active like Twenty Seventeen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue?

    Hi @johndcoy,

I’ve concentrated on the server where I had installed my clone. On that domain there also was a varnish-cache active. After I had excluded the cart-page, that installation worked fine. I wasn’t a really happy anymore with the original host, so I’m gonna change it this week to the other one and I suppose that my problem is solved by then.

    Thank you for helping!!

    Regards,
    Erwin
