All in ONe SEO block appears on some pages above the editing block…

    When I’m editing pages the All in One SEO block usually appears below the editing section of the WordPress editor page.

    But sometimes (always on the Home page) the SEO block appears above the editing section.

    It’s a bit annoying, and unneccessary.

    Is there any way to just have the SEO block just appear consistently in the same place? ie under the editing section?
