Download File with Donation

I want to request a donation when someone clicks on a file from my site to download.

There is a link with a Powerpoint download towards the bottom of the page I have indicated. Where do I put the give shortcode link: [give_form id=”820″] to enable the user to have the file download, but also see a donate button, either at the same time or just after?

Or, is there another way to implement this?
