Is there someone managing the support function on WooCommerce.com? Several days ago, i posted a support ticket for Helping Hands Summit, url https://helpinghandssummit.com/ and the email associated with the account is [email protected]. I had purchased the wrong plugin and was hoping I could exchange it for the plugin I meant to purchase. But I never heard page. Because I was under a time limit, I ended up purchasing the plugin I meant to purchase, but it won’t activate on my site. I see it in my subscriptions on WooCommerce.com site and I see in on my website woocommerece extension tab. But on WooCommerce’s website, it says the plugin is not being used on any site. But when I go to my site, it says I have to purchase the plugin. I have the transaction key and the order ID. But on my site, there isn’t a place to add the transaction key. I need help asap.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Yes, WC is supported thru the website by hundreds of people throughout the globe. As you can imagine it’s a very popular company so there are lots of tickets in.

Make sure you submit a ticket and explain what happened. If you’re within the 30 days they’ll take care of you.

As for the keys you place them inside the settings for that plugin. Sometimes it’s easier to go to Plugins, scroll to that plugin, it should have a settings button, a deactivate and activate under it. Click settings and then add your key.

You could also connect your store to woocommerce.com and you won’t or shouldn’t have to worry about keys again.

    Hope that helps.
