Good overall

  • Good plugin but a few issues:

    – checkboxes disappear when enabling custom styling
    – no way to style font for checkbox and radio button labels
    – needs a feature to adjust opacity of fields
    – poor styling for buttons. Doesnt’ look good on mobile.

    These issues need fixed to achieve 5 stars
