    Thanks for the review, but you should be truthful because I did offer my support, and did give you the fix your theme needed, to witch you responded.

    The reason you wanted the refund was not because my plugin was incompatible but because it did not have some features you wanted for your theme. I do not offer refunds just because you simply decide not to use the purchased product or you feel a feature is missing.

    We decided not to use your plugin because It’s not compatible with our theme. We lost Quick view functionality. You can call it whatever you want, but we are not using it because we lost something we need. And you wrote “Oh, but my plugin doesn’t have that feature it’s exclusive for the product page. I hope to add it in the v4 version.” It’s not the problem your plugin doesn’t have that functionality but because your plugin removed that functionality from our theme.
    So, what do you need more? You have been paid for something we are not using!

    Hi,

    Again not truthful. And I quote your “Quick view functionality” response.

    It’s working normally. But we would like to have the same functionality on the filter and on hover on a product at shop page like you made on the product page. When you click a color, the image should show the image of the selected color from your plugin.

    And yes, my plugin doesn’t have that functionality but I hope to add it to v4. You cannot say that you “lost Quick view functionality” and that removed that functionality from your theme.

    I understand you are unhappy with the no refund (that is stated in the terms and conditions that you accepted), I stand behind my product and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but I also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why. I have no problem showing your rating even on the PRO site (as you can confirm if you wish), but I do like reviews to be accurate.

    Yes, we wanted same functionality we got originally with our theme and we call that issue with your plugin not compatible with our theme. After we removed your plugin we have everything working normally like before we bought your plugin and after we lost a considerable time! Now we even have a better solution for additional images.
