• Ever since I updated to 3.0.17 last week, when I choose “View My Calendar”, the view is completely messed up and the page never finishes loading. Is there a fix or a patch to this? I really don’t want to change to a different calendar plug in and lose all my recurring events.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

There are no issues in 3.0.17 that I’m currently aware of, so I can’t suggest a change for that. It sounds a bit like you have one or more events with an invalid date range & recurrence combination, but I can’t really say that for sure.

I’m unable to view your site right now; the link provided is indicating that you’ve exceeded your hosts bandwidth allowance.

My Calendar is working great but the Close x icon is outside the pop-up box and is hard to see. Viewers don’t see it and then can’t close the window. Is there a way to have it in the box or make it bigger?

    Thanks for your help, Ginney

I had my webhost increase the bandwidth. Now that the site is accessible again, you can see that after I downloaded the update to 3.0.17, it duplicated every single event on my calendar on to every single day of the week, into perpetuity. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was actually the cause of the issue with my bandwidth. Please take a look and advise? https://waplesbaptistchurch.org/calendar-of-events/

I still can’t see your site. That certainly sounds problematic; but I don’t know why that might have happened. Did you update from a very old version of My Calendar?

If you can submit a support request from My Calendar > Help, that would be much appreciated.
