• Hi.

Plugin doesn’t send e-mails to customers with confirmation and after status changes. Sends only to admin (if I set this in options). I’m working with my site on WAMP in localhost with done smtp settings. Where is the problem?

    Hi packi93,

Did you assign the emails to be sent on each status update? If not please navigate to the “Statuses” tab and add a new Status and assign the Email you wish to be send when an order changes to this status.

Also, please make sure you have set “Order E-mail Frequency” to “On Change” from the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab and see if that fixes the issue.

Ok. Order e-mail frequency has “on change” setttings and when I change status plugin sends mails. So now it works, but…

… I want send e-mails with confirmation directly after order submitted. This is how look my settings:

    1. I putted e-mail to send with first status with 0% progress like here:
    https://ibb.co/cQjRXU
    2. I putted this status with 0% progress to “Status when submitted” like here:

Unfortunatly in this situation plugin doesn’t send e-mail. Can you tell me how to solve this in another way? Regards!

And one more question: I want translate “Thank you. Your order number is: Zamówieniat3BKl
” to my language – Polish. Is it possible in plugin settings? When not you can put in next update “Dzi?kujemy. Numer twojego zamówienia to:” to polish language version. Reagrds! Screen:

    Hi packi,

Sorry for the delay in our response. To set the email that is sent when a customer creates their own new order using the customer-order shortcode, you need to use the “Customer Order Email” setting (in the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab).

Unfortunately, there is currently no labelling option for the thank you message that displays after someone submits using the customer-order shortcode. An alternative would be to either create a plugin translation (using a program like Poedit) that has the wording you want or to modify this directly in the plugin code (something we wouldn’t suggest unless you’re comfortable doing so). We hope to be able to add in more labelling options in the near future.

By default, the mail functionality is not enabled on WAMP. So your emails won’t typically go out unless you’ve enabled it specifically. Here are some more details on that point. I may be off, but when you said you were trying to email out via WAMP, I thought this might be the problem. https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-receive-wordpress-emails-from-localhost/
