Wrong form action url

    Hello

    First I installed and tested the plugin on my local machine. Everything worked. Then I installed the plugin on my development server. All the forms y create on my dev server are redirecting me to the front page when y submit them. No data is submitted so all submissions are empty. On the action attribute of the forms, the base site url is assigned.

    I reinstalled with the hard uninstall option checked y tried a few times. I also re-saved the permalinks options. The forms are still not submitting

    Any ideas?
