    Hi,

While the searching for table content seems fine if the shortcode is added to the standard WYSIWYG editor, our setup will not allow for this.

The shortcode is output as part of an ACF repeater field, so the site can be built using sections.

I’ve tried plugins like Revelansi to index the data, but this has no affect.

Any ideas how we could ensure table data is present when searching?

    Many thanks,

    Rob.

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

I’m afraid that this is not easily possible. TablePress already has to jump through some hoops to make tables searchable in the post content.

Your best chance probably is to switch to a “after content generation” search, which could e.g. be using the Google custom site search.

    Regards,
    Tobias
