Does iThemes protect a site with custom login

  • Hello,

    I use a plugin on my website which comes with shortcodes to create its own frontend login page, recover password page, and register page.

    Is iThemes protecting this access from brute force and so on, or does it solely work with the usual WordPress wp-login.php interface?

    It should protect you. We use Custom Admin Login (plugin) and have confirmed it does.

    Best way for you to confirm your website is protected is to perform your own “field test.” That is, inject a malicious or bogus login attempt into your website and see what happens.
