We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If there is any issue regarding the import and we are able to replicate the issue, we will surely look into it for the fix. However, you should know that no theme and plugin are bullet proof and 100% error free. Depending on the different hosting environment conditions there might be issues. It is almost impossible to test on all those environmental. Providing a straight one star review just because our demo importer didn’t work in your hosting is a bit harsh. In fact, you could have contacted us directly with further details on how to replicate the issue and kind of environment you are on, so that our developers can see and replicate it. You seemed to have contacted us via site intercom but a day is not enough to replicate and fix the issue. You should have allowed us some time. If are a developer you should have understood that. Even after your reporting of the issue, if we continue to neglect the issue then your one star rating would have been justifiable.
Anyway, regarding the issue, we still think this is something related to your host. Also, we haven’t yet been reported for such issue by other users.
