LIMITING ACCESS

I want to limit access to ALL functions on the WP Admin Dashboard except the ability to edit an existing page.

The explanation of various user roles does not seem to provide this kind of limitation.

I looked at the Contributor role, but it seems to allow access to Posts, Comments, Profile, and Tools. Does not mention pages.

Is there any other way to restrict a particular user to only editing pages?
